Bodega Carmine Granata Ranks #1!!!

Out of 100 wines, the Nicolas Granata Malbec Edicion Limitada 2007 Ranked #1 in the WAWWJ Contest with a score of 308 points! Now, I’m not really sure how they do their point ratings, but I do know that it beat out 4 other Malbecs from Argentina and 1 from Chile as well as 94 other wines from around the world, including well known Champagnes such as Perrier Jouet Grand Brut and Piper Heidsieck Brut Millésimé 2000.

It is very interesting that the Malbec was at the top above several sparkling wines, fortified wines, and ice wines. It must have made a big impression!
