What are people saying about Notable Wine?

“I would highly recommend booking a virtual tasting event with Notable Wine to anyone looking for a session that is both enjoyable and educational. Sean is approachable for any questions and readily available through email and text — he even encouraged us to text him when we are next standing in the aisle of our local wine retailer with any questions or needing any recommendations! The wines he sourced for us were stellar: Hedges Red Mountain Red 2016, Shinas ‘The Verdict’ Cabernet 2016, and Purlieu Le Pich Cabernet 2016. He admitted he threw in the Hedges (the blend!!) as a bit of a wild card, but this one turned out to be our favorite upon revisitation of the three. And he gave us the knowledge to explain why it was our favorite! We had been so used to single-grape Cabs, that the thoughtfully crafted blend tasted more complex over time. Sean provided literature on each of our wines, as well as maps of the respective regions, to consult during the tasting as we learned about each of the three wineries, the flavor profiles of the wines, and the distinguishing features of the regions.” – Diana C. 2020
