Hello Notable Wine-ers,
Yes, there is a great tasting Pinot Noir
from California priced for every-day
enjoyment.
I was very skeptical when I heard about
the Backhouse Pinot Noir, however
when I tasted the 2010 vintage, I was
pleasantly surprised at the quality level
and the true Pinot Noir character of
this well crafted wine.
There are several Pinot Noirs in the
market under $10 per bottle, very few
under $8. Backhouse has filled a huge
void in the market with this delicious,
fruit forward and perfectly balanced
Pinot Noir.
Backhouse Pinot Noir will pair well
with grilled salmon, roasted pork loin,
chicken, turkey and barbecued ribs.
