New Column Coming SOON… FINE WINES FOR LE$$…written by Tony Caristi

Hi Sean and Notable Wine-ers,

Good to be here with all of you.

My passion for fine wine and food began more than 35 years ago
when I took a part time job in a wine shop to pay my college tuition.
Little did I know at the time that I was in the very early stages of a
full time career in the wine industry.

I was very fortunate to have a mentor who noticed my enthusiasm
and he coached me through all aspects of wine tasting and all that
was available in fine wines across the globe. He also taught me the
importance of running a successful business and how to have your
customers become your friends by always bringing them great wines
at very modest prices.

It was this early training that paved the way for me to eventually become
a partner in two quality wine shops and continue the legacy of my mentor
to this very day.

It is truly a blessing today to be able to share my knowledge with you
as we move forward in the coming months and years with Notable Wine.
I would also like to make our time together an ongoing conversation, so
I can learn your tastes as well. There are no absolutes with wine, everyone
has different tastes and preferences, and so there are no “stupid” questions
to ask when it comes to wine. It’s more about getting comfortable with what
you enjoy and what food goes best..

In order to make it easy for you to ask any questions or share comments
feel free to email me at a2zwineinfo@gmail.com . Please allow 24 hours
for me to get back to you. I am looking forward to giving you a “heads up”
as I find wines that are outstanding and an incredible value.

Cheers,

Tony Caristi
