Top to Toe Italian Tasting in Tribeca, NYC

My first wine diploma class was pretty successful. It was more of an introduction to the course and a basic overview of how much work I am going to have to do for the next 2-3 years of my life! I’m glad I signed up, because I have nothing else going on in my life! Seriously, it going to be a great challenge, and I know that I will learn a great deal about the wine & spirits industry and make some great connections. Besides, I can sleep when I’m dead. For now I need to soak up all the information I possibly can!

Already in my first class it was a pleasure to meet Tara, the wine manager at Maslow 6, and a co-teaching assistant in the diploma class. I tell her about the blog, she tells me about the Italian Wine Tasting her store is having next Thursday…Now I’m blogging about it. I plan to shoot the tasting and edit the video for you guys to see how an official wine tasting event goes. They are a lot of fun, and this one seems very reasonably priced for the wines that are being poured… If you are in the mood, come by, you may just be able to make an appearance in a Notable Wine video!
