Greetings Notable Wine-ers,
Just had the pleasure of tasting this delicious
red blend made from Syrah, Petite Sirah and
Barbera.
It’s truly a home made style, much like my
father and grandfather made from fresh grapes
brought into the local farm markets here in
New Jersey.
There is a big difference, however. Unlike
the bottle to bottle variation we always had
with our home made wines, Home Grown Red
is very consistent in quality, with a solid structure
and well defined flavors and aromas. You will
notice this right away on the first taste from the
bottle. It is truly a world class blend.
By the way, they have a great website, one of
the best I have seen for a winery. It’s fun and
well worth a few minutes to check it out.
